Holiday Guide 2009 is Up! Golf Gear, Cords, News & Updates, Oh My!

Happy Fall! It is actually crisp (FINALLY) in Florida so we are enjoying the cooler weather and getting in the Holiday spirit!

To that end, our much anticipated Holiday Gift Guide 2009 is here! It is chock full of new and already popular items- check it out! On the right side of our home page, you will also find our Holiday Shipping deadlines and a link for our special, Holiday return policy (we’re giving you extra-time on purchases made after Nov. 1, 2009).

Also new this year: for the last-minute shoppers, we’ve identified a selection of best-selling items available for immediate shipment, with guaranteed delivery by the 24th of December. Check out our Last-Minute Gift Guide here. When ordering from the Last-Minute Gift Guide, you may order as late as Dec. 21, 2009 at 12 noon EST and your order should arrive by 12/24! Yep- the Holiday Season is in full swing!

Speaking of “Swings,” our micro-fiber, short-rise shorts and other specialty, athletic apparel in short men’s sizes was highlighted in a Holiday Gift Guide in the St. Petersburg Times this week , “Golfer’s guide to finding places that specialize in niche golf equipment,” by Rodney Page. The article also included some small businesses that specialize in nifty, specialty items for the Golfer on our list- like left-handed gear, special carts, women’s and children’s clubs, accuracy-enhancing golf balls (and who, besides Tiger, couldn’t make use of those!).

It’s been a busy few months at ForTheFit.com…

Preparing for the holidays have kept us quite busy here at ForTheFit.com!

We started, of course, with new merchandise selected based on popular demand! Track and windpants were introduced in August in short and extra-short inseams. New cords are en-route and will be added this week. We’ve also added a ton of great new sweaters, car coats, fleece and other outerwear.

We also moved into a new facility to accommodate our growth and brought on some additional staff. We are blessed to be experiencing such growth in the midst of these troubled economic times. We are so grateful to our customers for their support and we are doing everything we can to continue earning it!
